Principal/Senior Product Manager, Growth

As a Principal/Senior Product Manager, Growth at OKX, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products, working across a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results using data-driven insights.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments
• Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or growth hacking
• Strong insights into user preferences in different countries and cultures, with ability to develop differentiated growth strategies across regions
• Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis with proficiency in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
• Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top 100 university in a related field such as computer science, business, marketing, or finance preferred
