As a Senior Product Manager at OG.com, you own the consumer prediction-market trading experience end-to-end across web and mobile. OG.com is a CFTC-regulated prediction market platform powered by Crypto.com, where users trade on real-world outcomes from sports, elections, cultural, and financial events. Your mandate is to make the core trading surfaces-discovery, order entry, positions, parlays, and live markets-fast, clear, and design-obsessive for sports and prediction users, translating retail trading craft into regulated U.S. event contracts. You run this roadmap with independence, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, and you make the calls on UX tradeoffs, ship timing, and which patterns from sportsbooks, prediction apps, or retail perps we adopt or refuse.
What you'll do
- Own the consumer trading roadmap end-to-end for web and mobile, from first funded session through confident repeat use. You set milestones, sequence work, resolve cross-team dependencies, and sign off on the product and UX bar for all launches.
- Prioritize and ship the trading surfaces fans actually use: market discovery, order entry, positions, parlays and multi-leg markets, live trading, and the workflows that keep sports and prediction users engaged. You kill ideas that don't move outcomes.
- Bridge native prediction or retail perps patterns into regulated event contracts. You take workflows fans already know from sportsbooks, prediction apps, or advanced trading platforms and adapt them to work under U.S. event-contract rules without copying blindly.
- Champion design as a non-negotiable product skill. You live in design reviews, give specific and actionable UX feedback on spacing, interaction patterns, and information density, and catch pixel misalignments and clunky trade flows before users do.
- Wireframe and partner in Figma to drive design conversations and shape the trading experience.
- Run research, interviews, and community feedback. You talk to users like a peer, ask them to show you how they currently place bets or trades, and distinguish what users say from what their behavior reveals.
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, compliance, and operations. You align teams around trading outcomes and own the backlog and ship cadence for trading features.
What you bring
- Proven end-to-end product ownership in consumer prediction with sports fluency (parlays, live markets, fan UX), prediction or event markets, or retail perps and derivatives trading, including experience navigating cross-team delivery challenges. You can explain how that craft maps to regulated event contracts.
- Either deep sports fluency to speak the language of fan trading (games, legs, live, why UX must be instant), or a track record taking complex trading UX and making it usable for a broader retail audience, with concrete before-and-after examples.
- Design sensibility as a product skill: you can evaluate and improve UI/UX with specifics (hierarchy, density, interaction cost) and point to products users loved because of craft, and features you refused to ship.
- Data ownership. You instrument your own funnel, size opportunities, and prioritize without waiting for analysis to be handed to you.
- User empathy in product. You are willing to use OG regularly-discover markets, trade, manage positions-to feel friction firsthand and ask behavioral questions before feature questions.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience as a prediction-market or sports-trading user, which accelerates your ramp on parlays, live markets, and fan expectations.
- Experience across more than one of the three worlds (for example, sportsbook and prediction, or perps and consumer app), so you ramp faster on what to steal and what to leave behind.
- Familiarity with fiat onboarding and payment rails, so you respect the funded first-trade handoff (not required-a partner PM owns those rails).
- Deep Figma and design-system fluency so you move faster with design as a peer, not a handoff.
- Comfort using AI tools with human-in-the-loop judgment to move faster on research, specs, and iteration.
