Onboarding Specialist -Forex and Crypto

As an Onboarding Specialist at Eminence Consultancy, you convert prospective clients into active traders by promoting the company's financial products and services. You combine knowledge of forex, stocks, and commodities with outbound sales and client support to drive customer acquisition and activation.

What you'll do

• Perform outbound calls to prospective clients using demo and live trading applications
• Promote the company's financial products and services
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service throughout their onboarding journey
• Conduct consistent follow up with clients via phone calls or emails during the client activation process
• Assist clients with inquiries on trading platforms, products, onboarding, and funding procedures
• Participate in the company's marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion
• Stay informed about financial market trends to spot opportunities and establish credibility by understanding client requirements
• Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation

What you bring

• Fluency in English, both written and oral communication
• RE5 Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Conversion or Sales position in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A proven track record in a sales environment
• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and identify key messaging for different audiences
• Independent, self-directed approach with the confidence to make decisions and execute assigned strategies
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
• A passion for phone sales

Nice to have

• Additional language fluency beyond English
• Knowledge of forex, CFD trading, and the markets
