Principal / Senior Product Manager, Payment

As a Principal or Senior Product Manager for Payment at OKX, you own the strategy and execution of OKX's payment systems that power money movement globally. You will discover new markets and revenue opportunities, innovate new products to address market needs, and build consensus across senior management and cross-functional teams. You'll define and scale payment infrastructure including ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FAST, PIX and other payment methods, while managing end-to-end integration with local and international payment providers.

What you'll do

• Own your payment products completely, defining and driving every aspect from roadmap development through delivery to meet KPIs and business goals
• Outline features and technical integration requirements, then partner with product designers, content writers, data analysts and engineers to bring products to life
• Verify squad deliverables and align customer support teams and stakeholders for feature releases and announcements to retail users
• Track and manage your product dashboard, monitoring all key product data metrics
• Drive adoption and usage of your products by working closely with marketing and risk teams, staying attuned to customer friction points and voice of customer feedback to optimise product experience
• Ensure effective internal tools are in place for any new product launch
• Identify, define, implement and instrument market research, product design, product implementation and product release processes

What you bring

• Product management experience in the payments space with past experience in payments clearing, settlement and fiat custody
• A visionary perspective on trending and future crypto market needs and payments industry changes
• Proven ability to innovate products that achieve business goals with unique product offerings and business models
• Previous experience designing and building payments systems and understanding of risk management associated with these payment options
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing resources and priorities, opinionated in making calls with limited information, and able to navigate ambiguity to advocate for resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans for product development, engineering, design and marketing
• Technical depth and comfort delving into product implementation details, engaging with engineering beyond product and user experience needs, and willing to design scalable and extensible solutions
• A metrics-driven approach with proficiency in identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon KPIs, and experience working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and a genuine passion for crypto and blockchain innovations
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
