Product Design Lead

As a Product Design Lead at Bybit, you'll focus on user growth, working closely with the Growth team to design and optimize user journeys and growth tools. You bridge user experience objectives with business growth goals to drive sustainable improvements in retention and conversion rates.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Growth team to complete user journey and growth tool design and iteration requirements
• Ensure design fidelity in implementation and track post-launch performance to propose data-driven improvement plans
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback management for owned projects to drive experience improvements
• Quickly understand business context when other teams face resource bottlenecks and provide flexible supplementary support
• Collaborate closely with UED designers to maintain platform-wide design standards and consistency

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related fields
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite, with strong product thinking and interaction design skills
• Ability to participate in user research and end-to-end design workflows
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, able to efficiently collaborate with product and business teams to balance business and experience goals
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Strong execution ability to efficiently deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple directions

Nice to have

• Experience in user growth or B-side product design
• Overseas study experience
• Experience in growth-focused product design with familiarity with core growth metrics such as retention, conversion, and activation
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude for data-driven design decisions
• Background in B-side back-office or operations platform design
• A portfolio clearly demonstrating how design decisions directly drove measurable business metric improvements
• Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3
