Product Designer, Web, Digital

As a Product Designer, Web, Digital at D3, you'll spearhead the interface design of our trailblazing product used by thousands of users. You'll shape user interfaces that are visually striking and intuitively navigable across our web and mobile platforms, balancing aesthetics with functionality in the complex landscape of Web2 and Web3. You join a team that has spent three decades shaping the internet and recently closed a $25M Series A led by Paradigm.

What you'll do

• Craft and evolve user interfaces that resonate with intuitive design and aesthetic appeal for Web3 and AI applications
• Conduct rigorous user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand and address the nuanced needs of your users
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs, articulating your concepts to stakeholders and team members
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate into functional and technical excellence
• Work with product managers to crystallize product vision into tangible features and user stories, with a keen focus on financial applications
• Foster an iterative design culture, continuously refining user interfaces based on real user feedback and data analytics
• Use AI to design, prototype, and iterate end to end with the rest of the team

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience, particularly in Web3 environments such as digital collectibles, trading markets, decentralized finance (DeFi), or with prominent Web3 companies and VC funds
• A portfolio showcasing extensive Web3 UI/UX work demonstrating your journey in creating interfaces for the Web3 domain
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A robust grasp of user-centered design principles as they apply to the Web3 paradigm
• Outstanding communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt swiftly to evolving Web3 landscapes
