Product Manager, Blockchain and Crypto

As a Product Manager for Blockchain and Crypto at Mastercard, you support the execution of Mastercard's crypto roadmap within the global Core Payments division. You'll work across the rapidly evolving blockchain technology and stablecoin ecosystems, developing compliant crypto solutions and payment products that align with Mastercard's multi-rail strategy and commitment to consumer choice.

What you'll do

• Work closely with customers, Mastercard global and regional teams, and sales colleagues to validate concepts and develop business cases for new products or enhancements
• Engage with treasury, franchise, legal, regulatory teams and external partners to support the launch of new crypto transaction and settlement capabilities and services
• Partner with platform and engineering teams by providing a well-defined product roadmap and initiatives, and define and prioritize product features
• Provide support to sales and customer-facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements
• Support other product and commercialization areas on the team as needed

What you bring

• A strong interest in the blockchain and crypto space
• Experience in the payments industry and the ability to adapt new technologies to existing use cases
• Experience in product development and product management, including concept definition and validation, and business requirements definition
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
• A self-starter and problem-solver who can work independently

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of payment networks and processing
• Knowledge of the card authorization, clearing and settlement process and systems
