Product Manager / Director, Community & Livestream

As a Product Manager / Director of Community & Livestream at OKX, you own the end-to-end Community & Live product, connecting users, creators, and partners while driving trading engagement across the platform. You contribute to north star goals including DAU, high quality creator ratio, and trading conversion within the community, underpinned by a robust safety and moderation stack.

What you'll do

• Own the community and livestream product roadmap: content strategy, content curation, and content recommendation to improve discovery, engagement, and retention.
• Drive user segmentation and interest discovery, building frameworks and tooling to understand user cohorts and personalize content and community experiences at scale.
• Define and improve community content quality standards; own the content and community ecosystem governance roadmap.
• Build the creator and fan economy: creator incentive programs, tasks and missions, creator leveling systems, and tiered benefits that deepen streamer-fan and creator-fan relationships.
• Build up creator lifecycle product capability, including discovery, engagement, onboarding, growth, retention, and off-boarding phases.
• Drive community user education, product adoption, and trading conversion via innovative methods including internal advertising, fan economy mechanics, and trader leaderboards to achieve strong content and trader-driven growth.
• Design and run community growth campaigns that convert community engagement into platform value through acquisition, activation, and trading conversion.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to develop content strategies to capture and amplify opportunities from trendy events in the industry.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with solid experience shipping social media, community, livestreaming, creator platforms, growth campaigns, or social products.
• Hands-on experience with Trust and Safety or content moderation tooling.
• Adequate understanding of the crypto industry, trading funnels, and risk and compliance constraints.
• Ability to think and communicate logically, data-sensitive approach, and accurate grasp of customer mindsets; strong ability to identify and break down problems quickly.
• Strong execution skills, with good communication and project management abilities; ability to mobilize cross-functional resources to solve problems and deliver projects on time.
