Product Manager Leader (Trading Exchange Platform )

As a Product Manager Leader at Coins.ph, you drive the product strategy and execution of a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform serving over 18 million users across the Philippines and beyond. You work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and leadership to build best-in-class user experiences across web and mobile, manage a global product team, and oversee the development of new products like margins and futures in a fully regulated environment.

What you'll do

• Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize the web and mobile app user journey from onboarding to payments and trading
• Own operational metrics including KYC pass rates and payment success rates
• Partner with the CEO to lead the development of new products such as margins and futures globally
• Drive the global product roadmap across different countries while ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Manage the overall global product, design, and product operations team
• Drive decision-making through quantitative results, testing, qualitative research, and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to scale the platform while managing operational efficiency

What you bring

• Minimum 7 years of experience building and managing crypto, e-wallet, or other fintech products in Southeast Asia or greater China
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, or a design-related field such as Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Proven experience managing a team of PMs, Engineers, or product feature teams
• Hands-on experience with spot trading, margin, and futures products
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to validate assumptions
• Ability to thrive in a data-driven environment and drive metrics to reach KPI goals
• A curious, inquisitive, and logical mindset with the ability to reason from first principles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and executive stakeholders
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
