Product Manager (Trading)

As a Product Manager (Trading) at Coins.ph, you define and execute the product vision and roadmap for crypto trading solutions. You work across engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support to build intuitive trading interfaces that serve Coins.ph's 16 million users. Coins.ph is a regulated, established crypto brand in the Philippines on a mission to create an open financial system by providing easy access to Web3 and digital assets.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for crypto trading solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings in the cryptocurrency space
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly trading interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings
• Ensure that all trading products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading platforms
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a range of stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
