Product Specialist- Wallet Operations

As a Product Specialist for Wallet Operations at Binance, you oversee the daily operations of exchange wallets and ensure seamless blockchain transaction processing. You work across security, compliance, customer support, and product teams to maintain wallet uptime, mitigate risks, and optimize processes in a 24/7 crypto environment.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures
• Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets
• Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing
• Collaborate with the security team to respond to incidents and implement safeguards
• Monitor internal alerts and enhance monitoring systems to detect security or high-risk events, then follow up with reactive and preventive measures
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvements
• Analyze competitor products and industry trends to identify potential product and process enhancements
• Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to solve customer pain points and enhance the product

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role
• Proficiency with blockchain explorers such as Etherscan
• Understanding of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallets
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment
