Product Strategy & Operations Manager

As a Product Strategy & Operations Manager at CoinGate, you'll solve undefined problems that directly impact the business. A merchant segment stops converting, a partner integration stalls, a back-office process takes ten hours a week, or a new feature needs a launch plan by month end. You'll work with Product, Engineering, FinCrime, Finance and Commercial to find root causes, propose solutions, and fix them. In a company of approximately 55 people, you'll see the result of your work within weeks.

What you'll do

• Own a prioritised list of operational and product problems with the Product Lead, defining each in numbers and finding the root cause
• Analyse data to uncover what's behind a problem and whether your fix worked
• Fix or automate inefficient processes, using AI and no-code tools where appropriate
• Run product and feature launches end to end: planning, readiness checks, go-live and post-launch follow-up
• Manage relationships with key partners and suppliers, and track their performance
• Write clear recommendations and keep stakeholders aligned until the problem is closed

What you bring

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, product operations or a similar analytical role
• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, STEM or a related field
• A track record of solving unfamiliar problems and delivering results
• The ability to break a vague problem into smaller parts and identify what matters
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets
• Daily, practical use of AI tools for analysis, automation and writing
• Experience managing and aligning stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial around one plan
• The confidence to push back, negotiate trade-offs and drive decisions without formal authority
• Fluent English and clear communication with engineers, compliance and partners

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments or crypto
• Experience with KYB/KYC or other compliance-heavy processes
• Background in consulting or a scaleup operations team
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or product analytics tools
