Quant Trader (DeFi/CeFi)

As a Quant Trader at a high-performing crypto prop trading firm managing nine figures in AUM, you will work closely with elite researchers and technologists to develop, monitor, and optimize trading strategies. The firm was built by 10+ world-class traders, quant researchers, and technologists, many from top-tier TradFi institutions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with elite researchers and technologists to develop, monitor, and optimize trading strategies
• Analyse market behaviour across crypto products and services
• Drive performance across a diverse range of crypto products and services

What you bring

• A proven track record in quantitative trading
• Experience trading crypto
• A deep understanding of market microstructure, order flow dynamics, and statistical modelling
• Strong analytical and programming skills with the ability to work across research and live trading workflows
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to perform at the highest level in a data-driven environment
