Real world asset tokenization

As a Real World Asset Tokenization Specialist at Entertainment Finance Summit, you will support the design and implementation of tokenization strategies for entertainment-related assets, with a focus on film, television, and media projects. This hybrid, contract role is based in Zurich and combines on-site collaboration with work-from-home flexibility to accommodate project and event schedules.

What you'll do

• Analyze entertainment assets for tokenization suitability and map legal, regulatory, and financial structures
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance experts to ensure robust tokenization frameworks
• Design token models and support the creation of offering and investor materials
• Coordinate with technology partners on token issuance and lifecycle management
• Conduct market research on digital asset trends in entertainment finance
• Engage with investors and industry stakeholders on tokenization opportunities
• Contribute to panels, workshops, and educational content related to tokenized entertainment finance

What you bring

• A strong understanding of real-world asset tokenization, digital securities structures, and token economics
• Experience in entertainment finance, media investment, or structured finance for film, television, or related assets
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks such as securities regulation, KYC/AML, and cross-border investment considerations
• Ability to collaborate with legal, tax, and technical teams to design compliant tokenization structures and documentation
• Familiarity with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and digital asset infrastructure used for issuing and managing tokenized assets
• Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills to assess risk, return, and capital structure options
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills for investor materials, presentations, and educational content
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment in Zurich, manage multiple projects, and engage professionally with global stakeholders
• A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, law, business, or a related field; experience with private equity or venture capital is an advantage
