Regional Marketing Specialist (South East Asia)

As a Regional Marketing Specialist for South East Asia at Binance, you execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive community growth and engagement across the region. You work hands-on from strategy through measurement, managing local social channels, community initiatives, and events to increase reach and conversion for the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume.

What you'll do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and brief through execution and performance measurement
• Develop and test new content, channels, creatives, and acquisition strategies for optimization and growth
• Structure, manage, and grow community via local social channels, increasing reach, engagement, and conversion through social media and content marketing
• Moderate local forums, social platforms, and chat groups to interact with the community and foster positive engagement
• Identify additional avenues to build community, including KOL and affiliate management
• Design and implement incentive programs to promote engagement and growth with existing and potential networks
• Coordinate cross-department cooperation between Angels and the Binance team, including business development, marketing, lead collection, market research, and data requests
• Brainstorm and implement online and offline event plans and concepts
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, vendor liaison, and negotiations for event management, marketing inventory, and program finance

What you bring

• Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence, and a passion for startup environments
• 2+ years launching community initiatives such as online forums, ambassador programs, event series, email newsletters, and managing social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram
• 1+ year managing online and offline events, with a proven track record engaging communities via Telegram or similar channels
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and trends
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community frequently
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong time management
