Relationship Management Associate (1-year contract)

As a Relationship Management Associate at Bitkub, you provide dedicated support to high-net-worth and VVIP customers with significant cryptocurrency investments. You deliver personalized assistance, address customer needs, and ensure a seamless experience with Bitkub's products and services. This is a one-year contract role working remotely on a 6 PM - 3 AM shift, Saturday and Sunday off (subject to rotation based on business requirements).

What you'll do

• Provide dedicated support to HNW and VVIP customers on the Bitkub platform, handling identity verification (KYC), account management, transaction limit increases, troubleshooting, and guidance on new features and services, while coordinating with internal teams for a seamless experience.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify industry trends, benchmark best practices, and provide insights to support CRM and marketing improvements.
• Assist in organizing VVIP events and marketing campaigns, including event planning, campaign mechanics, terms and conditions, timelines, rewards, vendor coordination, and execution.
• Support research and coordination with business partners and sponsors to develop exclusive privileges, customer rewards, CRM initiatives, and seasonal gifting programs.
• Conduct customer surveys, collect and analyze feedback, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service quality.
• Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reimbursement documents, expense reports, and team-related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide operational support for other tasks or projects as assigned.

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
• Ability to work night shifts and coordinate effectively with daytime teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, customer support, relationship management, CRM, or administrative support.
• Basic knowledge of or interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and trading platforms.
• Familiarity with the Bitkub application.
