Rust Developer (Web3)

As a Rust Developer at Lean Sugar, you will develop and maintain blockchain-based applications and Web3 solutions. You join a technology company operating at the intersection of technology, media, culture and digital innovation, contributing to products that leverage emerging technologies within the Web3 ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and maintain blockchain applications and backend systems using Rust
• Write efficient, secure, and scalable code for Web3 applications
• Develop and implement smart contracts and blockchain-related functionalities
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other technical team members to integrate blockchain solutions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
• Stay updated on developments and best practices within the Rust and Web3 ecosystems

What you bring

• Proven experience working with the Rust programming language
• Understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 development
• Experience with smart contracts and blockchain application development
• Familiarity with blockchain architecture, APIs, and decentralized applications
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team

Nice to have

• Experience developing a streaming service platform for movies or music
• Prior work on a pre-sale website
• A portfolio of previous projects or a GitHub profile demonstrating relevant experience
