Securities Services - Global Custody Product Manager - Vice President

As a Securities Services Global Custody Product Manager (Vice President) at JPMorganChase, you lead product management and delivery of the firm's digital asset custody agenda alongside the development of custody Data and AI strategy. You bring deep operating knowledge of the Global Custody business and take end-to-end ownership of product governance and control, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to maximise net income and profitability. You partner with product development, operations, technology, Kinexys (J.P. Morgan's bank-led blockchain platform), legal, compliance, risk/controls, client service, sales and third parties to ensure delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead J.P. Morgan's digital asset custody roadmap and Data and AI initiatives, including the digital custody wallet initiative to safekeep and service digital assets on public blockchains, delivering new datasets on strategic cloud-ready data platforms and providing business oversight and governance of custody Data Products
• Conduct market and business case analysis in collaboration with clients, vendors and internal teams to design new products and operating models
• Own product definition and future strategy, delivering end-to-end new capabilities and enhancements in partnership with Product Development and Technology
• Own end-to-end governance and operating model design, including maintaining and evolving the governance framework to meet regulatory demands and changing product requirements
• Understand, influence and implement the evolving regulatory landscape, ensuring custody arrangements and servicing models adapt appropriately across relevant jurisdictions
• Engage actively in commercial discussions alongside Sales and Client Service, including working on RFPs, due diligence, pricing inputs and client legal contract negotiation
• Work with Legal and Compliance to support legal and regulatory requirements and ensure the product design and delivery model remain compliant across all relevant jurisdictions

What you bring

• An excellent track record of designing and delivering new or changed products with demonstrated ability to manage change across a complex stakeholder set
• Deep understanding of the Global Custody product and end-to-end custody operating models and controls, ideally gained from operations, product management or client service
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and concisely in written and oral form
• Commercial focus and ability to understand business financials
• Demonstrated inclusion of risk and control parameters in daily activities, with comfort operating in a regulated environment
• Prior experience in a custody product management role or closely related product ownership role with demonstrated delivery and change management
• Working knowledge of blockchain and digital assets, including how tokenization and digital assets may impact institutional investors, custodians, wholesale market infrastructure and servicing models
• Strong stakeholder management and execution leadership with the ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment
• Comfort engaging in client-facing discussions and supporting commercial activity, including RFPs, due diligence, pricing inputs and contract negotiation support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distil complex concepts into clear messages
