Senior Affiliate Manager

As a Senior Affiliate Manager at Ledger, you'll drive market growth for the global platform securing over 20% of the world's crypto assets. You join the Performance Marketing team, recruiting and managing high-value affiliate partnerships, closing new deals with industry leaders, and building strategic alliances across fintech and AI tools.

What you'll do

• Own the revenue target for your partner portfolio and report against it weekly, turning transactional relationships into long-term strategic alliances
• Build growth plans for top partners, covering placements and promotional participation
• Drive partner participation in Ledger's global commercial calendar, including product launches, Black Friday, and gated affiliate promotions
• Identify and spot declining accounts early, taking action before revenue drops
• Map the ecosystem to identify Tier 1 partners currently outside Ledger's network, with a focus on AI tools and fintech apps
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, autonomously approaching industry leaders and structuring commercial agreements
• Represent Ledger at premier industry conferences such as Token2049 and Paris Blockchain Week to source and close new partners
• Develop tailored Business Plans for strategic partnerships and take each deal through finance validation
• Model complex deal structures, such as Hybrid CPA and Revenue Share arrangements, and defend their ROI to ensure sustainable partnership growth
• Bring field insight into the evolution of the affiliate program, including new payout models beyond hardware revenue share

What you bring

• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Business Development, with a track record of owning and beating a revenue target
• Proven ability to close commission-based deals and defend margin in negotiation, with comfort prospecting and handling rejection
• Experience managing a high-revenue partner portfolio with minimal supervision
• Fluent English
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily workflows
• Strong preference for FinTech or Cryptocurrency sector experience

Nice to have

• French language skills
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and self-custody principles
• Established professional network of crypto affiliates and creators
