Senior Affiliate Manager

As a Senior Affiliate Manager at Ledger, you drive market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing product benefits, and building strong partnerships within our Performance Marketing team. Ledger secures over 20% of the world's crypto assets through our hardware devices and serves over 7.5 million users across 200 countries.

What you'll do

• Own the revenue target for your partner portfolio and report against it weekly
• Build growth plans for top partners, covering placements and promotional participation, turning transactional relationships into long-term strategic alliances
• Drive partner participation in Ledger's global commercial calendar (Product Launches, Black Friday, gated affiliate promos) to maximize share of voice
• Identify and act on declining accounts before revenue drops
• Map the ecosystem to identify Tier 1 partners currently outside Ledger's network, with a focus on AI tools and fintech apps
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, autonomously approaching industry leaders and structuring commercial agreements
• Represent Ledger at premier industry conferences (e.g., Token2049, Paris Blockchain Week) to source and close new partners
• Develop tailored Business Plans for strategic partnerships and take each deal through finance validation
• Model complex deal structures (e.g., Hybrid CPA + Revenue Share) and defend their ROI to ensure sustainable partnership growth
• Bring field insight into the evolution of the affiliate program, including new payout models beyond hardware revenue share

What you bring

• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Business Development, with a track record of owning and beating a revenue target
• Strong preference for FinTech or Cryptocurrency sectors
• Proven ability to close commission-based deals and defend margin in negotiation
• Comfort prospecting and handling rejection
• Experience managing a high-revenue partner portfolio with minimal supervision
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily workflows

Nice to have

• French language skills
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and self-custody principles
• Established professional network of crypto affiliates and creators
