Senior Analyst - Trade

As a Senior Analyst in Trade Operations at CoinDCX, you run the 24x7 engine behind our spot and futures markets. You own platform reliability, reconciliation, corporate actions, and fund movements end to end, sitting between engineering, risk, product, and customer experience. The systems and playbooks you build will decide how safely millions of users trade on India's first crypto unicorn, valued at $2.45B.

What you'll do

• Actively manage and monitor 24x7 live exchange operations, order books, and market liquidity
• Take direct ownership of production incidents, diagnose failure points rapidly, execute fixes using predefined SOPs, and safely manage escalation loops
• Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Spot and Futures markets, conduct foundational reconciliation checks, and manage margin and leverage parameters
• Monitor live system health, liquidity buffers, and partner broker and exchange connections, executing swift operational decisions when risk thresholds are breached
• Document edge cases, flag recurring system vulnerabilities, and design or modify operational processes to build sustainable, fail-safe trading workflows

What you bring

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on, unshadowed experience running live trade operations, financial broking, or fintech platform operations
• Strong foundational and applied knowledge of the trade lifecycle, order book dynamics, Spot vs. Futures trading, and margin and leverage mechanisms
• A strict maker-checker mindset and proven ability to adhere to rigid SLAs and process guidelines under high-pressure, fast-moving market conditions
• Ability to systematically diagnose complex operational failures, identify root causes, and propose structural process modifications rather than temporary solutions
• Comfort with rotational shifts in a 24x7 trading environment
