As a Senior Application Security Expert at Coins.ph, you strengthen the funds and blockchain security of a global crypto exchange. You focus on securing exchange systems, wallets, big data platforms, and market-making infrastructure, while leading smart contract auditing and blockchain threat governance.

What you'll do

• Lead application security governance for core systems including trading, wallet, big data risk analysis, and market-making
• Perform web service log and API analysis, preferably leveraging AI
• Build monitoring and defense mechanisms for funds security; define baselines, compliance strategies, and incident response plans
• Identify and mitigate risks across the transaction lifecycle using big data and ML techniques
• Audit and automate detection of smart contract vulnerabilities
• Research blockchain attack vectors, develop detection rules, and deploy on-chain monitoring tools

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Cryptography, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in application security, blockchain security, or financial risk control; exchange or fintech background preferred
• Strong knowledge of exchange funds flow logic and application security frameworks
• Hands-on experience with smart contract auditing tools such as Slither, Mythril, Echidna, and Foundry
• Skilled in big data analysis and risk modeling using Spark, Elasticsearch, Graph DB, and ML-based anomaly detection
• A strong offensive and defensive security mindset, cross-team collaboration skills, and the ability to drive governance into practice
• Proficiency in English and the ability to follow cutting-edge blockchain security research
