Senior Brand Designer

As a Senior Brand Designer at 0x, you'll elevate the visual identity of two distinct brands across every touchpoint: 0x, our onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha, our consumer DEX aggregator. You'll be the only designer on the marketing team, playing a key role in shaping how both brands look and feel. The role is hands-on, balancing high-craft visual design with the practical demands of a fast-moving marketing and sales function, with roughly 70% of your time on 0x and 30% on Matcha.

What you'll do

• Evolve the 0x and Matcha visual identity and brand guidelines
• Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets for 0x, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and partner kits
• Design web pages for 0x and Matcha, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages
• Design social graphics for 0x and Matcha
• Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets
• Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social, and sales materials
• Stay current on crypto, DeFi, and fintech design trends

What you bring

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech
• A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social, and sales materials
• A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components
• Fluency with AI design tools and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work
• Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
• A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift
• Alignment with 0x core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
• Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe

Nice to have

• Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS
• Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch
• Illustration and basic motion design skills
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences
