Senior Business Manager - Liquidity Management

As a Senior Business Manager at OKX, you drive the design, development, and delivery of new products for the Liquidity team. You work closely with liquidity managers, engineers, and stakeholders on day-to-day support, operations, and problem-solving. You gain exposure to trading strategies ranging from delta-one to volatility products traded in orderbooks, over-the-counter markets, and decentralized venues.

What you'll do

• Support the development of liquidity business as a problem solver
• Coordinate with multiple teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance) to conduct complete business analysis, ensure proper controls are in place, and address related matters promptly
• Oversee projects for business growth and provide support on planning, execution, and coordination
• Identify key business points related to risk, compliance, and operations, and design procedures and workflows to enhance them
• Conduct detailed feature and risk analysis to facilitate technical design by the engineering team

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field
• Solid experience in business management or business analysis, preferably in financial services or trading technology
• A strong understanding of trading systems end-to-end logic in financial markets
• Experience with agile project development methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Chinese

• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency exchanges
