Senior Copywriter

As a Senior Creative Copywriter at Bitpanda, you will define the voice of the brand across different markets and translate complex financial concepts into bold, clear, and high-converting creative concepts. You join the Global Creative Studio, the creative engine behind all internal and external brand communications, working with a cross-functional team of designers, 3D artists, and art directors. What you'll do

• Lead copy strategy and conceptual execution across all channels for the primary DACH audience, ensuring localized resonance, nuance, and impact
• Partner directly with Art Directors, 3D Artists, and Designers to conceptualize integrated campaigns, from high-level campaign hooks and video scripts to out-of-home, landing pages, and performance ads
• Translate crypto, stocks, ETFs, and digital assets into engaging, accessible, and compliant copy without losing the creative edge
• Develop and maintain Bitpanda's German tone-of-voice guidelines across external campaigns and internal communications

What you bring

• Native-level written and spoken German (idiomatic, culturally current, and precise), with high proficiency in business English
• 4+ years of experience at a top advertising or creative agency, or at a high-growth tech or fintech brand, managing multi-channel campaigns
• A portfolio showcasing conceptual campaign work, short-form copy (out-of-home, social, performance ads), long-form narrative (video scripts, editorial), and clear brand messaging
• Familiarity with AI tools and a collaborative attitude toward evolving creative workflows
• Passion for or familiarity with fintech, crypto, trading, or modern finance
