Senior Crypto Trader (Portfolio Manager Track)

As a Senior Crypto Trader on the Portfolio Manager track at Alphaslab International Company, you will join a premier digital asset investment management firm based in Hong Kong. You step directly into an Investment Manager or Portfolio Manager capacity, taking absolute ownership of your trading book and running your proprietary strategies in a flat-structure, merit-driven environment with zero corporate bureaucracy.

What you'll do

• Deploy and own your proprietary trading strategies across crypto spot, perpetuals, and options markets
• Design, backtest, and run algorithmic models, or execute high-conviction discretionary intraday and swing trading strategies
• Achieve a minimum annual return of 30% or higher on your allocated capital
• Manage your independent trading desk with full authorization to use your own proprietary technology and solutions

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional trading experience at top-tier quantitative trading firms, proprietary desks, hedge funds, or digital asset market makers
• An established, independent trading strategy ready for immediate deployment, backed by a verified track record (monthly returns, Sharpe ratio, maximum drawdown, AUM capacity, and individual P&L attribution)
• Experience with either systematic/quantitative or discretionary/intraday trading styles
• Target background from firms including Citadel, Jane Street, Hudson River Trading, Jump Trading, Two Sigma, D.E. Shaw, Optiver, IMC, Tower Research Capital, WorldQuant, Virtu Financial, Flow Traders, Wintermute, GSR, Amber Group, Kronos Research, or equivalent top-tier institutions

What we offer

• Base salary of HKD 90,000 to 120,000+ per month, negotiable higher for exceptional candidates

• Rapid capital scale-up via API to USD 100,000,000+ based on strategy performance and risk metrics
• Direct access to institutional HFT infrastructure, co-location, low-latency APIs, execution platforms, and backtesting frameworks
• Option to run your own proprietary code or leverage the in-house quantitative development team for integration
