Senior Growth Manager, Brazil

As a Senior Growth Manager at OKX, you develop and execute the retail growth strategy for Brazil, aligning local priorities with the company's broader business objectives. You lead cross-functional initiatives across channels, partnerships, community activations, and campaigns, while building relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to drive user acquisition and brand visibility.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute OKX's retail growth strategy for Brazil, aligning local priorities with the company's broader business objectives.
• Build and scale growth initiatives across relevant channels, partnerships, product-led programs, community activations, and local campaigns.
• Lead relationships with influencers and KOLs, from selection and negotiation to campaign execution and performance management.
• Support local PR efforts, working with global internal teams and external agencies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
• Own the strategy and execution of events, sponsorships, and offline activations that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth.
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable business results.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, experimentation, personalization, content workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple workstreams, budgets, partners, and stakeholders in a results-oriented environment.

What you bring

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing or Growth in fast-paced industries.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and a practical understanding of how to apply them to analysis, experimentation, personalization, and productivity.
• A highly data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to turn insights into measurable growth.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias toward action.
• Excellent organization and project-management capabilities.
• A genuine passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Flexibility to adapt working hours to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
