Senior Growth Operations Manager

As a Senior Growth Operations Manager at OKX, you build and scale strategic partnerships globally to drive user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue growth for a leading crypto exchange. You own the complete partnership lifecycle across brokerage firms, financial platforms, KOLs, and ecosystem partners, working across key markets to expand OKX's reach and commercial footprint.

What you'll do

• Build and scale strategic partnerships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial influencers and KOLs, investor communities, and other relevant ecosystem partners across key global markets, driving user acquisition, trading activity, AUM, and revenue growth.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle, including market mapping, outreach, commercial negotiation, partnership design, launch, and ongoing performance management.
• Develop and optimize revenue-sharing structures, incentive models, and customized partnership solutions to improve ROI, partner productivity, and customer retention.
• Identify and evaluate new partnership channels, customer segments, and geographic opportunities to support international growth.
• Monitor global financial market trends, evolving customer behavior, and competitor partnership strategies to identify emerging opportunities and develop differentiated go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner closely with product, marketing, operations, compliance, and regional teams to ensure partnership initiatives are scalable, commercially effective, and appropriate for different markets.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 2-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel development, or related commercial roles within brokerage, fintech, wealth management, trading, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage, investment, or trading ecosystems, including partnership structures, distribution channels, customer acquisition models, and commercial incentive mechanisms.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
• Results-oriented and highly self-motivated, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international, and evolving business environment.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
• Familiarity with, or strong interest in, digital assets and crypto, with the ability to understand the evolving relationship between traditional finance and emerging digital-asset products.

Nice to have

• Experience working with international or multi-market financial platforms.
• Existing relationships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial content creators, investor communities, or other relevant financial ecosystem partners.
