Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner at OKX, you translate business objectives into impactful people strategies. You work as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across a global, crypto-native organization, enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving transformational change, and developing the next generation of leaders.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans that directly enable business goals and drive organizational health.
• Build deep business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders, acting as a strategic conduit between the business and HR team.
• Partner with senior leaders on the full spectrum of talent management: performance enablement, succession planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
• Lead and facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a robust and diverse leadership pipeline.
• Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prescribe strategies that elevate team performance, engagement, and productivity.
• Champion change management initiatives to support evolving business structures and leadership, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained performance.
• Partner closely with HRBP peers and cross-functional HR teams (TA, Total Rewards, HR Infra) to align on shared priorities and deliver joined-up solutions.
• Identify opportunities that span beyond a single team and drive cross-functional initiatives end to end, mobilizing the right partners to deliver outcomes for the wider client group.
• Share insights, playbooks, and best practices across the HRBP community to raise the collective standard and avoid duplicated effort.
• Strengthen the HRBP function by modeling best practices and elevating HR's role as a trusted, value-added partner across the organization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and partner on the design and implementation of scalable, global HR programs and processes.

What you bring

• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including Business Partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders.
• Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses, with familiarity with the talent, regulatory, and cultural dynamics of a highly regulated, fast-evolving industry.
• Proven experience as a strategic HR leader for global, cross-cultural teams, with comfort navigating time zones, cultural nuances, and occasional international travel.
• A demonstrated track record of partnering with senior leaders on complex issues including performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change.
• A powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, able to both design strategy and roll up your sleeves to implement it.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
• A forward-thinking adopter of AI tools, with a demonstrated ability to apply them to elevate HR workflows, sharpen people analytics, and help leaders prepare their teams for an AI-enabled future.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to tell a story and drive decision-making.
