Senior Legal Analyst

As a Senior Legal Analyst at OKX, you will report to the Deputy General Counsel and work closely with the legal team and business leaders across the company. OKX's Legal team provides legal advice and guidance across all coverage areas and geographic locations, supporting business growth by collaborating with all teams. You will bring strong contract management experience, working with diverse internal stakeholders and business teams to provide general legal support to a global organization.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments
• Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts that are key to OKX's future growth
• Apply OKX's standard operating procedures or design new ones to support commercial objectives while following applicable regulations and managing legal and regulatory risk
• Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions
• Collaborate with business units and legal team members to design, develop, and implement legal processes, training programmes, internal guidelines, and playbooks to drive efficiencies and build for scale
• Assist with special projects as needed

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university; a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
• Substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal or legal analyst experience if you do not hold a law degree
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly while maintaining accuracy and sound legal judgment
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgment
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad and e-signature tools such as DocuSign
