Senior Product Designer, Web3

As a Senior Product Designer at OKX, you'll create intuitive, high-quality experiences for users discovering market opportunities, analysing assets, and trading across Web3 products. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and other design teams to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from problem definition and user flows to high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and final delivery
• Turn complex product and business requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs and make well-reasoned design decisions
• Use research, data, user feedback, and product context to validate and improve solutions
• Contribute to product discussions by identifying underlying user problems, challenging assumptions, and proposing better approaches
• Maintain a high standard of design quality while working effectively under tight timelines and changing priorities
• Design for a global user base across different markets, languages, and levels of Web3 experience

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design
• Strong design thinking and problem-solving ability, with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates how you frame problems, explore options, make decisions, and measure outcomes
• Ability to remain structured and make sound design decisions in complex, ambiguous, and high-pressure situations
• Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively throughout the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, validation, and delivery
• Strong ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain and defend design decisions in both English and Chinese
• Experience collaborating effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers
• Curiosity, ambition, and a genuine interest in staying current with developments in crypto, AI, and the wider design industry

Nice to have

• Experience designing crypto, fintech, investment, trading, wallet, or other data-intensive products
• Familiarity with Web3 wallets, DApps, meme trading, token discovery, swaps, or on-chain products
• Strong UI and visual design craft, with close attention to interaction details and overall product quality
• Strong product sense and the ability to connect individual features with broader product goals and user journeys
• Experience designing and shipping products for a global audience
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or data-informed design validation
