Senior Product Director, AI & Agent

As Senior Product Director, AI & Agent at OKX, you own the full AI product agenda across both user-facing and operational dimensions. You lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant while simultaneously building agentic systems that transform compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. This unified role defines the AI layer that will shape OKX's next decade.

What you'll do

• Lead strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant, defining the product experience, user trust model, and roadmap for deepening engagement across onboarding, trading, information, and support
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions including compliance, risk, fraud, and operations, identifying high-leverage workflows and systematically transforming them into agent-driven systems
• Ensure every agentic AI output is traceable and regulatorily defensible across all markets
• Own the product design of shared AI platform infrastructure including orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and governance layers that make AI products configurable and auditable

What you bring

• 12+ years in product and technology, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
• Proven track record as the owner (not contributor) of shipped conversational AI or agentic AI products
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture including multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
• Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
• Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin

• Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
• Graduate degree in a technical field
• Experience shipping successful conversational AI or agentic AI products
