Product Director

As Product Director at BITONIC Official, you define and execute the company's overall product strategy, driving the planning, development, launch, and continuous optimization of cryptocurrency and blockchain products. You lead the product team to enhance product competitiveness, user experience, and business value by synthesizing market trends, business objectives, and technological advancements into a competitive product roadmap.

What you'll do

• Define the company's long-term product strategy, development direction, and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from market research, requirements analysis, and conceptual design through development, testing, launch, and ongoing iteration
• Monitor trends in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital asset, and Web3 sectors; analyze competitors, user behavior, and market demand to identify new product opportunities
• Drive innovation and optimization of products related to cryptocurrency trading, digital wallets, asset management, blockchain applications, and fintech solutions
• Build and develop the product management team, oversee performance, foster professional growth, and establish efficient product management processes
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, compliance, risk management, and business development teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Implement mechanisms for gathering user feedback and analyzing product data to continuously improve usability, security, stability, and customer satisfaction
• Establish a framework for product performance metrics; analyze user growth, engagement, retention, conversion rates, and product usage to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure product design aligns with relevant laws, regulations, data protection requirements, security standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks for digital assets
• Strategically plan product development resources, project priorities, and budgets to enhance team execution efficiency
• Explore new business models, revenue growth opportunities, and partnership scenarios to drive sustainable product development
• Establish partnerships with blockchain infrastructure providers, technical partners, trading platforms, and ecosystem participants to expand product use cases

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Product Management, Business Management, Computer Science, FinTech, or a related field; equivalent professional competence with extensive practical experience is also considered
• 20 years of management experience with mature leadership, strategic planning, organizational management, and business decision-making capabilities
• Extensive experience in product strategy formulation, product portfolio management, coordination of product research and development, and product lifecycle management
• In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital asset, or FinTech industry, including market landscapes, user needs, and technological trends
• Proficiency in Agile development, product requirements management, user experience (UX) design, product data analysis, and cross-departmental project management
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make complex business decisions and drive cross-functional teams
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to evaluate product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop continuous improvement plans
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, business returns, security requirements, and compliance needs
• Technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, digital wallets, transaction systems, and relevant security mechanisms
