Senior Product Director, AI & Agent

As Senior Product Director of AI & Agent at OKX, you own the full AI product agenda across two mandates: a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience the platform, and agentic systems that make operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This unified role shapes the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade, operating at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what has been built remains enormous.

What you'll do

• Lead strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant, defining the product experience, how it earns user trust in onboarding, trading, staying informed, and getting support through natural language
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions spanning compliance, risk, fraud, and operations, identifying high-leverage workflows and systematically transforming them into agent-driven systems
• Ensure every agentic AI output is traceable and regulatorily defensible across all markets
• Own the product design of shared infrastructure powering both mandates, including orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and governance layers that make AI products configurable and auditable

What you bring

• 12+ years in product and tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products as the owner, not as a contributor
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture including multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
• Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
• Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin

Nice to have

• Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
• Graduate degree in a technical field
• Experience with successful conversational AI or agentic AI products
