As a Senior Product Manager at OG.com (owned by Crypto.com), you own the consumer prediction-market trading experience end-to-end across web and mobile. You'll shape how users discover markets, enter orders, manage positions, and engage with parlays and live trading on a CFTC-regulated platform. Your mandate is to make OG fast, clear, and design-obsessive for sports and prediction users, translating consumer trading craft into regulated U.S. event contracts.
What you'll do
- Own the consumer trading roadmap end-to-end from first funded session through repeat use. You set milestones, sequence work, resolve cross-team dependencies, and sign off on the product and UX bar before anything ships.
- Prioritize and ship the core trading surfaces: market discovery, order entry, positions, parlays and multi-leg trades, live trading, and workflows that keep sports and prediction users engaged.
- Bridge native prediction market patterns (or perps workflows) into regulated event contracts. You decide which patterns from sportsbooks, prediction apps, or retail advanced trading translate to U.S. event-contract rules and which do not.
- Champion design quality as non-negotiable. You live in design reviews, give specific actionable UX feedback on spacing, interaction patterns, and information density, and catch pixel misalignments and clunky trade flows before users do.
- Create wireframes and drive design conversations in Figma as a peer to the design team, not a handoff.
- Run user research, interviews, and community feedback. You observe behavior and ask users to show you how they currently place trades, distinguishing what they say from what they actually do.
- Align engineering, design, data, compliance, and operations around trading outcomes. You partner with the Fiat/Onboarding PM on the funded-first-trade handoff and own the trading backlog and ship cadence.
What you bring
- Proven end-to-end product ownership in one of these areas: consumer prediction or sports trading (parlays, live, fan UX), prediction or event markets, or retail perps, derivatives, or advanced trading. You can explain how that craft maps to regulated event contracts.
- Sports fluency or the ability to translate complex trading UX into something usable for retail audiences. You either speak fan language naturally or have shipped before/after examples showing you made advanced trading accessible.
- Design sensibility as a product skill. You evaluate and improve UI/UX with specifics like hierarchy, density, and interaction cost. You can point to products users loved because of craft and features you refused to ship.
- Data ownership. You instrument your own funnel, size opportunities, and prioritize without waiting for analysis to be handed to you.
- User empathy demonstrated through use. You are willing to use OG regularly to discover markets, trade, and manage positions so you feel friction firsthand.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience as a prediction-market or sports-trading user, which accelerates your ramp on parlays, live markets, and fan expectations.
- Experience across more than one of the three product worlds (for example, sportsbook plus prediction, or perps plus consumer app), so you ramp faster on what to steal and what to leave behind.
- Familiarity with fiat and onboarding flows, so you understand the funded-first-trade handoff (not required, as a partner PM owns those rails).
- Deep Figma and design-system fluency so you move faster with design as a peer.
- Experience using AI tools with human-in-the-loop judgment to move faster on research, specs, and iteration.
