Senior Product Manager, Risk Intelligence Product

As Senior Product Manager for Risk Intelligence Product at OKX, you lead the development of fraud risk systems and intelligence platforms that prevent, detect, and respond to fraud while enabling legitimate customers to access crypto assets. You own the risk product roadmap, balancing financial loss prevention, customer experience, and business growth. You work across risk strategy, analytics, operations, engineering, and compliance to build world-class risk services that protect the company and enhance customer trust.

What you'll do

• Drive the risk platform product and business of OKX to world-class standards, aligning risk product initiatives and development with business, engineering, and risk strategy teams to balance financial losses, customer experience, and business growth
• Manage ML/AI model projects in risk domains, especially identity verification for product features including liveness detection, face comparison, and ID verification, as well as intelligence in risk investigation and reporting
• Work with data science, data analytics, ML engineering, and development teams to build, implement, monitor, and continually improve model services
• Define and monitor metrics at all levels to measure product success; drive epic and sprint-level prioritization and product backlog grooming
• Lead the entire product research, design, and development process with cross-functional stakeholders through strong collaboration and positive teamwork
• Make highly data-driven product and business decisions, comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to changing circumstances
• Seek customer feedback obsessively and drive continuous improvement in customer experience and optimization

What you bring

• A Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline (Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered)
• 5+ years of product management experience in risk management, including familiarity with risk decision engines, modeling services, and risk analytics tooling
• Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and communicate them clearly to cross-functional teams including engineering, business, partnership, operations, and merchant tech
• A solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development
• High proficiency in technical product, system, and implementation details; willingness to engage with engineering beyond product and user experience needs and design scalable, extensible solutions
• A proven track record managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including research, design, delivery, and launch
• Data-oriented mindset with experience identifying, defining, tracking, and acting on impact metrics; experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints

Nice to have

• Past experience in AI and machine learning
• Crypto, blockchain experience, or a passion for Bitcoin, crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technology
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
