Senior Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Trust Wallet, you own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand for the world's leading self-custody Web3 wallet. You sit at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community, translating on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and use Trust Wallet. This is a high-impact generalist role where you move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy.

What you'll do

• Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand, aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
• Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and Business Development
• Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs including DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice, feeding into company-level OKRs
• Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
• Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X, building loyal user cohorts rather than just follower counts
• Identify and activate KOL and influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
• Collaborate with Business Development and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
• Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
• Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users

What you bring

• 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company such as a wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform
• A demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
• Prior experience in a generalist or full-stack marketing role, moving fluidly across brand, growth, content, and product marketing
• Genuine active participation in the on-chain ecosystem, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
• Proficiency with Dune and Nansen as daily tools, plus experience with Amplitude and mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch
• An experimental mindset, hunting for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the data
• The ability to move between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
• Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem including multi-chain support, Web3 Browser, and Staking
• Prior work at a top-tier exchange such as Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken, or at a DeFi protocol
• Experience running global marketing campaigns
