Senior Specialist, Strategic Events & Partnerships

As a Senior Specialist, Strategic Events & Partnerships at Circle Internet, you will be the operational backbone of the company's external engagements. You manage day-to-day partner and platform relationships across Asia Pacific and beyond, ensuring every speaker and initiative reflects Circle's strategic positioning. You build regional partnerships and events to deepen Circle's presence with regulators, financial institutions, and industry bodies.

What you'll do

• Produce regional events across APAC and secure speaking and earned platforms for Circle's senior executives and the Strategy, Policy, and Communications team
• Manage Circle's APAC partnerships, including GFTN, industry associations, universities, and think tanks, turning relationships into deeper, more trusted presence
• Provide Circle's speakers with prep, approved messaging, and post-event feedback to ensure every voice on stage is prepared, on message, and aligned with strategic positioning
• Maintain Circle's speaking program by triaging inbound requests, keeping an accurate system of record and messaging library
• Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on the post-event content pipeline, from highlight clips to social drafts
• Manage budgets, contracts, and renewals for vendors and partners
• Provide executive support to the Senior Director of Strategic Positioning, from partner briefs to pipeline tracking and follow-ups
• Collaborate with US-based colleagues through a follow-the-sun model

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in communications, policy, partnerships, or program management, ideally in financial services or digital assets
• Experience producing events or speaker programs and managing budgets and vendor contracts
• Strong judgment and the ability to prepare crisp, accurate briefs for senior executives
• Confidence to work with senior executives and earn their trust
• Fluency with generative AI models such as ChatGPT and Claude, including prompt development and agentic workflows

Nice to have

• An established network in APAC fintech or policy circles, or the ability to build one quickly
• Experience coordinating across time zones with Marketing, Legal, and business teams
• Experience or familiarity with Slack, macOS, and Google Workspace
