[EU] Business Development Specialist, Poland

As a Business Development Specialist at Bybit, you support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global regions, building and owning the full growth pipeline. You join a leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving over 80 million users, working to connect merchants, partners, and Web3 projects to Bybit's payment ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Build and own the full growth pipeline for Bybit Pay market expansion across global regions
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels
• Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows
• Support cross-border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations
• Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction
• Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships

What you bring

• Strong understanding of the KOL and VIP ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of the local Polish market
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bybit's platform and products
• Strong understanding of community dynamics
• Knowledge of the OSOP environment for creating Campaign 2.0 campaigns
• Understanding of the marketing landscape
• Fluency in both Polish and English
