Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Bitget, the world's largest Universal Exchange, you create and execute product-related social media campaigns that reach over 125 million users. You develop viral content across Bitget's official channels, monitor performance with data-driven rigor, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth across X, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.

What you'll do

• Create and execute product-related social media campaigns and evergreen content across Bitget's official channels
• Create strong, viral social media content to promote Bitget's core products and campaigns
• Monitor social media performance using data metrics, taking a data-driven approach to review results with quantitative rigor and continuously refine content strategy
• Partner with cross-functional departments to fulfill social posting requests and iterate on content to meet platform growth targets
• Drive growth across social media platforms including X, Instagram, and Facebook, with room to expand to additional platforms as needed
• Manage or provide suggestions to official affiliated social media channels when requested

What you bring

• Familiarity with social media platform algorithms and how they influence reach, engagement, and distribution
• Active exploration of social trends and viral content, staying ahead of platform culture shifts
• Strong project management skills with a sharp sense of urgency and consistent ability to meet deadlines
• Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with crypto and stock trading, with genuine interest in the space
• Comfort using AI tools to generate visuals when helpful for content production
• Strong cross-department communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Marketing, Community, and Data teams

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing brand or product social accounts in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
