Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at Mesh, you guide customers from contract signature through live deployment and scaling. You are the technical expert on Mesh's APIs and SDKs, designing implementation strategies, mentoring customer engineering teams, and building playbooks that help fintech, iGaming, payment service providers, and top exchanges ship faster. You work closely with Sales and partner with Solutions Engineers and Support to unlock value for every customer.

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions including analytics, processes, documentation, and infrastructure to accelerate time to value
• Optimize tools and data such as Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, and AI self-service to improve workflows and customer experience
• Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices to reduce timelines and scale rollouts
• Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams to maintain momentum
• Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding and drive usage
• Partner cross-functionally with executives, leading technical deep dives and platform optimization
• Stay current on crypto and fintech trends, with occasional travel approximately once per month

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering, ideally leading implementations in a startup environment
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional partners
• Proven hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Fluency in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling including API management, reporting, and AI/automation
• Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory considerations, and real-world use cases
• Experience on early-stage or founding teams is strongly preferred

What we offer

• Base salary of $140,000 to $180,000 USD, with compensation adjusted for geographic location outside New York or San Francisco
