Specialist, Legal Response

As a Specialist in Legal Response at OKX, you handle inquiries from international legal authorities, law firms, and relevant parties with high technical knowledge and professionalism, responding within stipulated timeframes. You work within a global digital asset trading platform serving millions of users across over 100 countries, where OKX derivatives maintains approximately $10 billion in daily trading volume.

What you'll do

• Attend to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives worldwide while maintaining a high quality service level
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk, and customer service teams, ensuring all queries are handled professionally and escalating where appropriate
• Maintain working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders
• Create and maintain strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders
• Escalate queries or unresolved issues to supervisors and operations management when they cannot be completed within agreed procedures
• Support the enhancement of team function
• Manage or participate in specific projects that may arise

What you bring

• A degree in law, compliance, or a related field demonstrating critical thinking
• Proficiency in English plus at least one additional EU language, spoken and written
• Experience in a legal-related role or customer service
• Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate difficult situations and stay calm under pressure
• A solutions mindset, passionate about finding the right resolution
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask effectively
• Quick learner who acts on feedback constructively
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of CRM tools
• Familiarity with the crypto, finance-technology, or blockchain tracing industry
• Experience working with teams across global offices and time zones
