Specialist, VIP Customer Relationship Management (Mandarin Speaker)

As a Specialist in VIP Customer Relationship Management at OKG, you support key clients on the frontline, working closely with the Relationship Manager team to deliver professional and consistent service. You handle client inquiries effectively, ensure timely issue resolution, and create a seamless experience for high-value clients who communicate in Mandarin.

What you'll do

• Deliver timely, attentive support to key clients while building and maintaining strong relationships through day-to-day service interactions
• Work closely with the Relationship Manager team to respond to inquiries, coordinate service requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up
• Provide responsive support through instant messaging and other communication channels, understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and handle complaints or escalations with professionalism
• Support the RM team with clients' day-to-day operational matters, including information processing, research, and feedback consolidation, ensuring all outstanding tasks are documented and handed over at shift end
• Recognize sensitive, high-risk, or urgent situations and escalate them promptly according to internal procedures
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements, handling sensitive information securely in line with company policies

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese, as you support native Mandarin-speaking clients and work with Mandarin-speaking business stakeholders
• At least 3 years of experience in client service, client relations, or customer support
• Strong service orientation with the ability to remain composed when supporting demanding clients, plus excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong sense of ownership and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations, and demonstrate strong awareness of information security and confidentiality
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and flexibility to adapt to rostering requirements
