Spot Operations Specialist

As a Spot Operations Specialist at Binance, you keep daily operations running smoothly for our spot trading business. You'll shape how spot announcements reach users and regional teams, and turn data into insights that help the business make better decisions. Binance is open to fresh graduates who can start within the next 1-2 months.

What you'll do

• Handle day-to-day spot business operations
• Manage spot announcements and keep documentation up to date
• Analyse market and product data, including regional performance, and prepare reports on request
• Communicate market updates and product feedback with regional teams
• Work with Customer Service on spot-related issues, escalations, and product feedback

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or data (preferred)
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal, as the role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration
• Operations experience, preferably in crypto, or a strong understanding of the crypto industry
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

• A risk mindset: careful, detail-oriented, and aware of downside before acting
