Sr. Backend Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer at CREAM, you are a blockchain engineer who works directly with leadership, key stakeholders, and talented developers to shape VIMworld's ecosystem. You combine technical depth with empathy for users as you build libraries and services that power the platform.

What you'll do

• Work closely with leadership on cutting-edge smart NFT product functionality and blockchain architecture
• Lead and implement cross-chain platform integration efforts to enable exponential growth of VIMworld's global community
• Build token bridges between various blockchain ecosystems
• Develop best practices and documentation to scale productivity across the team
• Work closely with UI, internal, and third-party developers to ensure all stakeholders understand technical requirements and maintain work quality
• Build and manage integration libraries and SDKs to interface with the server and APIs
• Collaborate across multiple functions including marketing, technology, legal, and privacy to launch web and app consumer experiences with promotion capabilities for marketing campaigns and donation programs
• Collaborate with and lead team members to develop clear technical developmental roadmaps and drive their execution

What you bring

• 4+ years of professional experience in a product-driven environment, working on server-side and back-end web development
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
• A solid understanding of Vechain, Ethereum, and Binance Smart Chain ecosystems
• Strong programming skills in Solidity
• Hands-on experience in smart contract development with solid knowledge of design and security best practices
• Strong unit and functional testing and debugging skills
• Familiarity with third-party libraries such as OpenZeppelin
• Fluency in React, React Native, Web3.js, and TypeScript
• Excellent professional work ethics, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills for complex challenges

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or AWS
• A willingness to learn new technologies
