Sr. Blockchain Engineer/Blockchain Engineer/Smart Contract Engineer

As a Blockchain Engineer at CREAM, you work directly with leadership, key stakeholders, and talented developers to shape VIMworld's ecosystem. You combine technical expertise with user empathy to build smart NFT products, cross-chain integrations, and developer-facing libraries that power a global community.

What you'll do

• Work closely with leadership on cutting-edge smart NFT product functionality and blockchain architecture
• Lead and implement cross-chain platform integration efforts to enable exponential growth of VIMworld's global community
• Build token bridges between various blockchain ecosystems
• Develop best practices and documentation to scale productivity
• Partner with UI, internal, and third-party developers to ensure all stakeholders understand technical requirements and maintain high work quality
• Manage, build, and maintain integration libraries and SDKs to interface with your server and APIs
• Collaborate across marketing, technology, legal, and privacy functions to launch web and app consumer experiences with core promotion capabilities for marketing campaigns and donation programs
• Collaborate with and lead team members to develop clear technical development roadmaps and drive their execution

What you bring

• 2+ years of professional experience in a product-driven blockchain environment (for Blockchain Engineer); or 4+ years in a product-driven, server-side, back-end web development environment (for Sr. Blockchain Engineer)
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
• Solid understanding of VeChain, Ethereum, and Binance Smart Chain ecosystems
• Strong programming skills in Solidity
• Hands-on experience developing smart contracts with knowledge of design and security best practices
• Strong unit and functional testing and debugging skills
• Familiarity with third-party libraries such as OpenZeppelin
• Fluency in React, React Native, Web3.js, and TypeScript
• Excellent professional work ethic, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills for complex challenges

• Experience with Unity
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or AWS
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
