Strategy & Operations Manager (Crypto)

As a Strategy & Operations Manager (Crypto) at Revolut, you'll own key operational processes for crypto products and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple regions. You'll play a critical role in delivering and scaling crypto products, working at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe and bringing financial innovation through sound operations.

What you'll do

• Own key operational processes for crypto products
• Lead new initiatives from concept through execution, working across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury
• Design scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple regions
• Collaborate with internal and external partners such as crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, and custodians
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
• Support new market launches and adapt crypto operations to jurisdictional requirements
• Research best practices in the market and recommend innovations for the roadmap
• Partner with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experience

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth environments
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity
• A data-driven mindset and comfort using tools like Excel or SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems, including products, infrastructure, and regulatory landscape

Nice to have

• Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
• Exposure to regulated environments, especially in financial services and crypto

What we offer

• Krakow: PLN16,100 - PLN20,000 gross monthly
• Vilnius: EUR3,700 - EUR4,500 gross monthly
• Poland: PLN16,100 - PLN20,000 gross monthly
• Lithuania: EUR3,700 - EUR4,500 gross monthly
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
