Who we're looking for

We hire across the full spectrum of experience, from entry-level to executive leadership, and across every function needed to build and scale a global Web3 company. You may be a strong fit if you are:

• A crypto-native builder who has shipped in Web3, whether in Protocol Engineering, Smart Contracts, Wallets, Custody, DeFi, Tooling, or infrastructure
• A distributed systems engineer with expertise in Consensus, P2P networking, high-throughput and high-reliability systems, with or without blockchain experience
• An experienced professional from traditional industries in Engineering, Product, Finance, Law, Security, Marketing, Operations, or another function who brings deep expertise and genuine interest in Web3
• Crypto-curious talent early in your Web3 journey but with proven skills and the drive to learn fast in a technical, high-ownership environment
• Early-career talent with strong fundamentals, sharp curiosity, and evidence of projects you have built or contributed to
