Community Manager

As a Community Manager at MEXC, you'll build and grow our communities across Telegram, Discord, and X, engaging millions of crypto users worldwide. You'll develop strategies that foster active participation, collect valuable user feedback, and help shape how our platform evolves through direct community collaboration.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow MEXC's local communities across Telegram, Discord, and X
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including AMAs, campaigns, contests, and giveaways
• Build relationships with crypto users, KOLs, community ambassadors, and regional leaders
• Create engaging content to promote MEXC products, trading activities, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor community sentiment, handle user inquiries, complaints, and escalations
• Collect user feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve user experience
• Track community KPIs, including member growth, engagement, active users, and user conversion

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in community management or social media operations
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and centralized exchanges
• Hands-on experience managing Telegram, Discord, and X communities
• Experience executing online campaigns, AMAs, and community growth initiatives
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement and growth metrics
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
