Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at ScriptoFi, you plan, run and deliver projects across our full stack and blockchain products - internal builds and client engagements shipping to real users on Ethereum and other EVM networks. You coordinate closely with our engineering team, the Dubai office and our international client base, travelling to Dubai when the work requires it.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing and risk management
• Break requirements into clear tasks and sprints with the engineering team; build and defend estimates
• Run Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Track velocity, burn-down, defects and on-time delivery, keeping them visible to the team and leadership
• Manage change requests and keep scope under control
• Work closely with full stack, blockchain, QA and DevOps engineers to translate business needs into technical tasks
• Understand project architecture at a high level across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, smart contracts and deployments
• Coordinate releases, testing cycles, audits and handoffs between teams
• Maintain project documentation including requirements, specs, release notes and status reports
• Keep the team aligned on priorities and deadlines; remove blockers quickly
• Allocate work across team members and manage multiple projects at once
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability and clear communication
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on status, blockers, schedules and deliverables
• Join solution walkthroughs and support effort estimation for new engagements
• Represent ScriptoFi at the Dubai office and in client meetings during travel

What you bring

• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum, sprint planning, estimation and velocity tracking across concurrent projects
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as React and Next.js, backend technologies such as Node.js, REST APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases
• Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, wallets, EVM networks and token standards including ERC-20 and ERC-721
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and release processes
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana or ClickUp; documentation tools such as Confluence or Notion; and productivity suites such as Google Workspace or MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken English; confidence with clients and senior stakeholders
• Ability to relocate to Mohali, Punjab or reliable commute before starting
• Willingness to travel to Dubai when required
